Prenatal Fitness Meets Prenatal Yoga in Waco

We've combined the village and community of FIT4MOM with the openness of Yoga8 in order to create a space for new mamas to be. 


FIT4MOM is the nation's leading provider of prenatal fitness and Yoga8 is the one and only studio in Waco offering group prenatal yoga. Connect with other moms and find #strengthinmotherhood with trimester specific exercises. Connect body and mind through the flow and meditative experience designed for expectant mamas at any stage and fitness level.


 FIT4BABY classes are held Sundays at 6:00 pm
